bee in a similar position training alone before, stupid really. I pushed too far and couldn't get the last rep up, had to rest on my chest and push it down over the ribs until it rested on my stomach and i could drop it down one side and push up. Not a nice experience
when I benched at home I would never use collars so I could hopefully lift one side enough for the plates to fall off.
