Interesting. I find nothing that supports her being a "top tier crack head." She admitted to using heroin in the 80's and sharing needles, which is likely how she became infected with hepatitis C. In 2008 she had a kidney transplant and underwent chemo. Chemotherapy is known to cause heart problems, particularly congestive heart failure, which was the cause of her death.
