Grissom, Haim, Feldman, Sheen plus likely many more were and are messed up people. Who knows what went on and what's more who cares. Everyone is suddenly a victim these days. There are photos of Haim with his arms draped around Grissom. Who was coming on to whom....hard to tell.

The idea was to step up the intensity and duration of the workouts, making it a strict cardio and sculpting boot camp that entailed body weights and resistance bands, sprinting and calisthenics, shadow- and kickboxing.
