Our physiques have a lot more in common than apart depsite everyone claiming you are awesome and I suck we basically have the exact same amount of muscle on the exact same size frame.  I am going to be just as lean as you at 202lbs. I have said this before now what kind of shape you are in today is a different story

Like I said same height same weight same bodyfat how much fucking different do you think we can be shape looks better because you cut more that was not your walking around size and condition. I am 220lbs right now if I cut 18lbs I am going to improve my torso and symetry and shape as well everything would tighten up but again if you can't see we are the exact same fucking size I don't know what to tell you

So you are saying you need some extra motivation from me to train for 4 weeks? I get it but real true motivation has to come from within maybe start with your favorite exercise and just try to enjoy getting back into it vs hurting yourself chasing Bhank. I also cant be all cut up in 4 weeks I am trying to compete as a heavy in 4 months.
