I also cant be all cut up in 4 weeks I am trying to compete as a heavy in 4 months.

Our physiques have a lot more in common than apart depsite everyone claiming you are awesome and I suck we basically have the exact same amount of muscle on the exact same size frame.  I am going to be just as lean as you at 202lbs. I have said this before now what kind of shape you are in today is a different story

Who is lashing out I think Jeff looked great but he has the exact same flaws I have because he is too tall for the weight. He has no hamstrings and honestly I think my arms are bigger. But again I can admit we are as close to the same size as I am going to be with anyone else on this board. Of course that is him at a show not today
