Obviously. But the styles are so different, Putin never just pops off at the mouth, everything is calculated. I would say Putin is much more educated in general while Trump is obviously not, and it appears he doesn't care to be. Probably little study of geopolitics in past decades. I think Putin is a lawyer too. But that's not saying that Putin or Russia can't act in bad ways either, it's not really taking sides to notice the discrepancy in education, discipline or apparent 'intelligence.'
