Listen dude.....you have health issues, but you just don't know about them cuz you are too dumb to take care of yourself, I'm not going to give you all of my medical info, but I have trained since 16, "lifted" since 12....I'm 48 now, worked at Gold's here, had two could have been pros that won their classes in the Continental USA, but both had high paying meaningful jobs which was priority to them that came up to me and said we see how hard you workout, show up on time, and do what we say and you can train with us. There have been times where I was beat up and took some time off, yes. I don't see anything wrong with that, especially since one was due to injury.. And because I have an auto immune disease, seizures, and high RBC all of my drs. said don't take the jab.
Since my immune system is compromised I felt like going to the gym was too much of a risk for me. Unlike you, I'd rather be alive than buried big..............which btw you aren't. And yes, I can be on your level in 9 months.
The last time I took off for a bit, I got fat as fuck and looked like shit, and quite honestly was scared shitless to do so after tearing my distal bicep tendon completely off at the forearm. There were complications after surgery where they drilled in to re-attach it. Basically, it turns out I'm a very fast healer bone-wise is what they told me, and in between the radial and ulna the bone over-healed and connected to one another so after six months of PT I still could not supinate or pronate my left hand hardly at all. So I had to get another surgery with the original Surgeon and a wrist specialist surgeon in on it too. They said they had saw over growth from healing before, but they had never seen and removed anything that big before. These guys have been in the game a long time.....they are both now retired, and both worked for all of the colleges and pro teams here, so when they said they've never seen anything like it, it actually meant something and scared the shit out of me. So that meant another 6 months of PT, and it took me a while (about another 6 months) to get over the fear of tearing it again and the embarrassment of the weights I'd be lifting. I literally started with 5lb dbell rows and did arms with 2 lbers at home so no one would see me.
In 3 months on 300 mgs of test enanthate weekly only....legit shit from the pharmacy prescribed by my GP Dr , not some fucked up HRT clinic that makes their money off of their compounding, it put me at just over 1200 total test. Starting from those 5 and 2 pound weights I lost 18 pounds of fat and gained 12 pounds of muscle back in those 3 months.
My confidence lifting heavier gained everyday, and I train hard as fuck and fast. I have a Precor elliptical that are in the gyms at home. I woke up, mixed BCAA's in with some water and lemon juice got on that fucker and did Interval Sprint style cardio for 30 minutes every day. Had a shake with tons of supps in it, went back to bed for 2 hours, ate again, let it digest and then went to the gym. So that's my point. Hard work, good diet, very low gear and those were the results in 3 months after 12 months of shit followed by 6 months of fear, and some pussy ass weights at first. So now that you know this, which I've posted most of it on here b4...........what the fuck does your sorry drug abusing ass think I can accomplish in 9 months once I'm healed up bitch?
And btw, in Dec of 2019 I had a seizure and woke up trying to punch one of the paramedics when I came to, and didn't know why 5 big dudes had me strapped to a gurney. The one that was working over me grabbed my right hand mid attempted punch and said do not move! You just had a massive seizure, and your collarbone is definitely broken. It was actually shattered in 5 pieces which is crazy for such a small bone, I have a titanium plate with 9 fucking screws in it. I wasn't scared to go back to training after the 8 weeks or so they told me to heal, but during that Covid came along, and fucked up that plan,
