They are not currently atrophying I have just dropped some water and bodyfat this last week it's not like they lost muscle. But yes I was on a cane in 2019 for about 6 months and had complete atrophy at that time. They have improved dramatically since then. Again I don't think they are that bad now how many guys on here have separation and detail in their quads? They will continue to improve.
Ah. Yes, that makes sense. I know how it is when I go out and take several pictures for a specific body part in the best lighting possible with a great pump, then pick the best picture from that picture set, and post it, sometimes years later.
Then when people poke fun at it, I say "That wasn't my best picture", and disregard all that planning and attention, and possible even camera/angle cheats to take that picture, or even the fact that picture was taken years earlier while on steroids, knowing I look nothing like that right now.
I bet half of us didn't even lift today.
Regarding your shots - given you had a cane once, you have an excuse. I do not.
I would like to see Taffin photoshop your pictures so that your legs are half the size - so we can all see what truly small legs look like.
