Not backing out of anything I posted my pics I stand behind them. My legs and midsection are absolutely leaner in my pic than coach was on stage. He is thicker not denying that.

I can take legit criticism saying I was afraid to compete in a show 5 hours away when I was shredded and in shape and knew it would be a weak lineup is simply not true. I was devastated but my ride had court that day and could not go. I never intended to drive and go by myself. I found out they had court a few days prior and then I was sick so yeah I decided not to spend 1k dollars to drive 5 hours away to get a hotel by myself for the weekend. That doesn't mean my physique was not on point and ready I was absolutely in the best condition of my life at 44 years old and I have been in good condition before.

Yeah he said April 15th he was going to be in better shape than me and post pics it is now May and I still don't think he is even training. Last pic I saw of him a couple weeks ago he was covered in Shingles and looked like he never worked out a day in his life. So no I don't believe he can get in incredible shape with relative ease at this point. I believe he is hateful because he isn't in any kind of shape anymore. The pic before that he was with a puppy and again looked like he never worked out a day in his life. So fuck no he isn't a real hardcore bodybuilder at this point he is a soft old guy now remembering the good old days when he was in shape and talking shit to people still living them just like the rest of this fucking board.
