Before what I'm going to suggest let me just say this first...I saw it too. Fucking BS, that she is nominated solely bcuz of skin pigment, and gender excluding people that may be (likely are more qualified, and definitely more sane based on what I've seen so far) Other judges should file and Equal Opportunity case against the administration to stop this nomination.
And now to my suggestion....
They should have followed up with "What time did you wake up to get here in time today?" She answers "my clock" They ask her so you looked at your clock after your alarm went off or at some point to see what time it was?" She answers "yes". They then answer "So you tell time by your clock, not by your watch then?" She answers anything "yes", "today I did", "I looked at my watch later to make sure I was still on time", etc and she is fucked by two simple questions "Ms. Jackson so from your answers, I can see that you understand the differences between a clock and a watch are then right?" She has already walked herself into having to say yes. Once she does they should have or still can do all this......ask her, "Ms. Jackson, are you a watchmaker or clocksmith?" "I'm sorry did we hear you right? You're answer was no, is that correct?" "Yes (thinking, oh shit I'm fucked)" . "So Ms. Jackson you are a woman who can't define what a woman is according to your testimony, because you are not a bioligist, BUT you are not a watchmaker or clocksmith and yet somehow you know the difference between the two.....can you please explain to us all how you are qualified to know what each of those are while not being an expert, and yet don't know what a woman is simply because you don't know simple biology?" "UMMMMMMMMM.....ahhhhhh.. ..can I just go home now?" "Yes, Ms. Jackson. You sure can." 
Another simple thing they could do, is simply flip this whole racial thing back on her and Biden. "Joe Biden has said he was going to nominate the first black woman to the supreme court? You have referred to yourself as being black, and have not declined his nomination on the grounds that you're not a woman, so did President Biden make a mistake assuming you are a woman or that you are a black woman?" Her progressiveness is overtaken by being offended, and she harps back "NO, HE DID NOT MAKE A MISTAKE" "Well how do you know you are a black woman then if you're not a biologist?"
Does she have a husband? I'm sure it's in her bio, but if she does simply ask "Is your husband a man or a woman?" Any answer other than man will be absurd.
This is so simple, and most of these Senators are lawyers themselves and have teams of them on their staff,.....but this is the Republicans problem...........they are pussies, and too afraid to call bullshit in a common sense fashion so as not to seem racist/misogynistic. But if you asked me if Black or Indigenous people have higher rates of theft or violent crime per-capita, I'd say yes.
