First of all..no damn westside lifter ever deadlifted anywhere near 1000lbs..you can’t cheat a deadlift so westside was shit out of luck on that lift.

Right they are all wrapped up in triple triplex bodysuits when they do their stupid squats anyway and bench shirts etc etc
Forced reps, drop sets, pre exhaustion, bands, slow negatives, pyramids, shirt and suit assisted lifts, chains, timed reps and rest between sets that stuff is all bullshit just do regular sets and put that extra energy into recovery and nutrition
