ND, you go on and on about how great Dorian looks. You, GMC, and Swallowmymuscle keep on harping that Ronnie looks soft compared to Dorian. You then state when it is clearly shown that Dorian looks like ass in all of his Mr. Olympias but two (1993, 1995) that it is the lighting. However, when pics of the 99 English Grand Prix were shown and Ronnie crushed everyone, you blame the lighting as causing "anyone could look good in that lighting." What a bunch of clowns. I have lost all respect for your opinions. You continually criticize a guy that would have absolutely destroyed Yates. You always harken back to the back double bi pic of Ronnie from 1993-1994. What the hell, that is like comparing Yates in 1981 to Haney in 1991. Obviously, the ten years Yates had to grow helped him, although he still got his ass handed to him. I stipulate that if Benaziza wouldn't have passed, he would have continued to knock Dorian out. He was short, but way more symmetrical and just as thick. Dorian should have lost to Levrone, Wheeler and maybe even Ray. However, horrible aesthetics won the day and he continued to win long after he deserved to. Dorian's best pose was abs and thighs, but after he blew out his arms that completely ruined his aesthetics. Ronnie literally beats the shit out of any bodybuilder side by side. Pictures could never do him justice. I agree with the above, in ten years people will appreciate what a freak he was. Remember, ten years ago people were definitely not on Dorian's jock as they are today. Time and absence makes people appreciate what they take for granted. BTW, Ronnie looked damn good last year and 2003. Name one bodybuilder to ever get on stage at 280+ at his height and look good in comparison.
I'm confident in saying Dorian has an edge on conditioning compared to Ronnie , in 94 he had striated glutes , and a sharp x-mas tree , in 97 his gut was bloated yet his conditioning was NOT a problem , Dorian's problem was torn muscles not getting dry , I also sais , seeing Dorian has fair skin the lighting has to be right for all of his detail to come through in pictures , obviously with 6 Olympia wins the judges didn't have a problem seeing it , you say Dorian only looked good in 93/95 in his Olympias , I say nonsense he looked excellent in 91 ( his first ) great in 92 , 93 , 95 , and 96 he still good , 97 he did
notConcerning the 99 Grand Prix , I said anyone in shape would look great under that lighting , Ronnie looked fantastic in that contest and so did Flex , I continue to critizie a guy that would have destoryed Yates ? well thats debateable , and the fact is Ronnie competed against Dorian on a few occasions and he lost , he wasn't as good to beat Yates so in the few times they did meet he was demoralized

Dorian was beat twice as a Pro , he lost to Momo when he was 228lbs and to Haney when he was about 240lbs obviously not near his prime , and he aveneged that lose and Momo never beat Yates again , and Haney beat Yates fairly , although Yates beat him in the muscularity round , and Haney retired
Dorian should have lost to Levrone? not quite , Kevin was never a threat , Shawn was never a threat , in 1994 he was trailing Levrone who was ahead by 6 points , he only beat him the posing round , and Shawn himself said he got the place he deserved , Flex was the only legimate challenger , and he didn't deserve to win in 93 , he was lucky that he got second , the consensus was Shawn should have placed 2nd in 93 but Flex's superior shape won it for him , I maintain Flex could have beat Yate and I wanted him to
Ronnie litteraly beats the shit out of any bodybuilder side by side? ol spoken like a true Coleman fan lol No one is denying Coleman is a freak , he regins supreme as a freak , complete with a freaky gut as well , and in the years to come Ronnie will be seen as great bodybuilder that started off fantastic and ended up a complete joke , Ronnie is one the forefont of what is everything wrong with bodybuilding , everyone loves him because he is redefining the word freak , he is a novelity becuse everyone is astonished at how big he can get and how much weight he can move and how low his bodyfat is , etc , he may beat Haney's record but he'll never be in Haney's leauge .
