Nope. My left arm has a better peak and is usally about a 1/4 inch bigger. However, I have a tendon injury on my left arm that has prevented me from training it for over 5 months. As a result, both arms are the same size right now (171/4). Still though, I have a better peak on my left...

that's your problem right there Mike, if you did that one step you'd probably increase weight by a few pounds and be a little fuller with the same conditioning.

I am no competitor and you probably know more about training than I do,however,I have always thought that the simple carbs after training will help prevent muscle loss,and replenish glycogen stores(don't know it may be different since you are sooo depleted )

Rhino is big...and he looks awesome.But I think any guy(non competitive bodybuilder) would be lying if they said they would rather look like rhino than Mindspin.Not an insult at all...Rhino is awesome...but Mindspin has the look most guys who work out wish to obtain.

Lots of guys like the Men's Fitness look, no surprise there. I prefer the decathlete look.

i have nothing against rhino... seems like he really loves lifting... and the bb lifestyle..
but see why a lot of guys will say.. they prefer rhino is because... almost anybody with decent genetics.. as in not predisposed to obesity who is serious.. and juices and eats good and trains fairly well can become huge.... gettin mindspins shape is impossible to a lot because its genetic.... so a lot of guys are envious.... im sure even u ask rhino honestly i bet he would like to be his size with mindspins shape... but genetics dictate otherwise... just luck of the draw...
rhino is clearly bigger... but loot at the arm pic... the shape of mindspins arm... casts the illusion... and that... cannot be obtained in the gym or from a needle.. that is genetics...

mindspin has good natural genetic shape and being clean he does look good,this post only goes so far cause rhino has to do what he has to be a pro competitor,to his credit his arm's are thicker and harder due to that extra kick.
