Since he is not here, allow me.... ;D

Mindspin could if he wanted. He had a very good physique when competitive, and has maintained a good physique, trains consistently etc. He could still have a few years left if he desired at his age.

He wouldn't though. He has like a million business commitments, and 2 small kids that are his priority.

Who is "Mindspin"? If you're going to claim you're a "Pro", have the balls to post under your real name. Otherwise STFU.

I think CQ answered it best.  But, even if I did not have the commitments I now do, I wouldn't get all sauced up again 1) because it's illegal (imagine explaining to my kids that I'll going to jail because daddy wanted to "have another go at it" and 2) I do believe that prolonged excessive gear usage is detrimental to ones health.  I want to be around as long as I can, since I do not believe in an afterlife :-\

Having said that, about once a year, I "get the bug" and train seriously for a few months.  Kind of like right now.  I'm up to a MONSTER 218 with "abs" (up from the 188 I was at a few months ago).  So, I then wonder...hmmm I'm not that far off from my all-time heaviest off-season weight (230 8%BF), maybe one more time.

But, the reality is that I have other aspirations with a stronger calling and other fun hobbies.  Like this fall I'll be doing the "tip to tip" Grand Canyon hike.  From what I understand it's brutal.  Whatever amount of muscle I recently gained, will be gobbled up real quick :-\

Still though - I would DESTROY "Rhino"...even at a post Grand Canyon hike weight of 185...he's just ugly ;D

You could not beat me on your best day, you are too small.

Time for an ego-check, "don't just sing it, bring it"

I love how people say how they would beat me, but they choose not too. please, excuses, put up or shut up.  Seriously, don't tell everyone you would beat me, do it.

"Daddy's going to jail?" for using gear? come on man, thats a strectch.

If you can put the time and energy into some grand canyon non-sense, then you have the time and energy to compete against me, you are so full of shit.

I'll say it again, one last time, "you could not beat me on your best day"

Rhino you are huge and I respect you but mindspin has a far better structure than you do.

At his peak and at youre peak mindspin wins without a doubt.

Well i respect your opinion, and I say instead of talking about it, we should find out who is better-overall. Size vs. shape, although onstage I have good shape as well, and I would crush him on conditioning.

Lets find out, shall we?

ha ha ha!  Beleive me.  If I chose to "have another go", I'd mop the floor with you.  Not becasue I'm so great, but becasue you SUCK so hard.

As for my "non-sense" hike, your 290-lb roided up fat ass wouldn't make it past the 1st 30 minutes...ha ha ha!  That would be a sight to see!

Mindspin, you have a decent outlook on things....you can't be a juice monkey forever and (as amazing as this is) sometimes there are other things in life more important than training, juicing and competing.....call me crazy, but I'm agreeing with the man.

Rhino you def have the size. And you are looking great. I just believe against Yemeni it would be a case of him being equipped with structural advantages you could not compete with..

Again I repsect you're hard work and you look awsome I just think mindspin has a genetical advantage.

Oh, I agree with that too, there are more important things than juicing and such. This is not my entire life, but I still think he is using this aa an excuse.

Anyone have this pic?  Let's see these MONSTER biceps!

Speaking of conditioning, what's your philosophy of pre-contest nutrition, supps, gear, cardio, etc.  Just curious...

Yes, you are probably right, but thats why noone ever beat dorian, terrible genetics, arms too small for his torso(Hmm sound familiar?) yet one of the greatest.

I don't think bodybuilding is about what god has given you, it's what you do with it. Flex wheeler had the greatest structure on this planet, yet cam up short. Dorian, crushed it everytime, he worked his ass off, with the little bit he had, and made a name for himself. Besides, at the same height, I have mindspin by about 45 pounds in shape, ugly or not, you are not going to beat that.

Again, lets stop talking about it, lets find out.... oh, never mind, mindspin wants to hike.
