I like atwoods physique, I don't like dareem, ray or melvin's physique.

thats cool----personally im just busting balls-----------it is a fact i dont like blocky, ape like physiques, to me its just not what bodybuilding's about---I believe size is great but sacrificing size for shape and bloated stomachs makes the sport into the joke that most people see it as today------Ask anyone who doesn't watch bodybuilding and if they see a huge guy with a distended gut their first reaction is "what the hell is wrong with that dude, why is his stomach so huge, is he sick" and most of the time they're right---

as i apreciate what you are saying, those who know me, know i am far from sterotypical. i did send that to him, because he was messing with me, but I did know he would post it, I am not that stupid. It's not weird at all, in fact it's the perfect way to demonstrate that Mindspin has no reason to be envious. And this isn't a crack on you, Mindspin's physique was very pleasing to the eye and I think most people would prefer that to yours which is big and blocky.

well, thats cool. I am not putting him down, his body is different than mine, actually, he and I are cool, we kid each other alot.

My physique was actually more like his when I was around 205. But when you get bigger, upwards to 275-300, you just lose that. But actually, that was my goal-extreme mass.

I do agree that most would rather look like mindspin, I just do what I want, for me. seriously.
