I understand but the people who know you are not on capital hill making up commitees and talking to the FBI about what do with bodybuilding, baseball etc...Your a pro and should represent the sport better---you cant sink down to people's level and threaten them---and your a liar if you said it was a plan--and if it was a plan it was pretty stupid cause you made yourself look like a psycho juiced up freakout artist...so you think Wayne would be proud of you acting so arrogant and bullyish-----

anyways I dont like your pyhsique, nothing personal, I dont care if you were my best friend I would still criticize your pyhsique casue thats what bodybuilding is about...otherwise there wouldn't be judges, prize money, magazines etc...

My physique was actually more like his when I was around 205. But when you get bigger, upwards to 275-300, you just lose that. But actually, that was my goal-extreme mass.

I'll probably get flamed to hell for this, but I'll say it anyway...

For one thing, I admit that I would probably take the high road if I was in Jack's shoes and not even dignify (much of the shit thrown at him) with any responses. Hell, many do infact argue that he may bring some of it upon himself due to an apparent highly reactionary personality.

However, none of us are Jack. He clearly is an intense guy with alot of fire in his belly, who clearly doesn't mind mixing it up and getting his hands a little dirty scrapping with the online sludge at the bottom of the virtual barrel. I can't help but respect the guy for this. He's being himself - taking charge, setting the record straight, and kicking asses - fighting it out until the final bell with the peanut gallery, and providing us with a little WWE-style entertainment along the way while getting himself some free publicity.

Jack also proves that one can be the insanely driven, brutish, ultra hardcore Animal Pak guy and still be sane, stable, and successful in other facets of life.

Jack strikes me as the kind of guy most of us would love to have for a friend and any of us would hate like hell to have for an enemy. I'm sure many of us would enjoy sitting down and having a few beers with the guy - even most of his apparent online detractors. Something tells me that he'd be quite a riot in most social settings, and I would guess that he probably gets pretty much whatever he wants in life with minimal resistance from others. As barbaric as it sounds, don't we all (one way or another) strive to gather onto us that which we believe is ours?...
