It is literally my waking Heart Rate not sure how much more relaxed I can be it is supposed to be the lowest of the day
That's your resting heart rate (120 beats per minute)? If I am not mistaken, you suffer from anemia (I forget if it is moderate versus severe). With anemia, the heart tends to compensate for the lack of red blood cells reaching the body's tissues by pumping faster, which results in an elevated heart rate (tachycardia as they call it, which is a heart rate > 100).
Forgetting your inherent anemia, the last time you got an EKG at your primary care doctor's office, did they notice any abnormal rhythm? In other words, have they ever mentioned things like Atrial Fibrillation or flutter, ventricular or supraventricular tachycardia? Do you suffer from Hyperthyroidism? A hyperactive thyroid can also cause you to have an elevated heart rate.
I'm no doctor, just a curious accountant, but I would keep an eye on this.
Go in peace to love and serve the Lord.
