the guy is doing well drug free or not.
if he could just shut up and not ramble on about nonsensical things he could be a top Strenght coach at any D1 school.
he is obviously naturally strong, and yes enchanced, but what top athelete in america isnt
the time he puts into his strenght goals is what gets him there. drugs help but his consistancy is what obviously sets him apart from people his age. how old is he? 55?
i wonder how he will colp when age is the main barrier.
maybe he will be benching 225 at 75 years old.
i wouldnt doubt him
This.
The thing about Mike is - it's literally unheard of to be at the top of the fitness industry for 30+ years. He just passed the 30-year mark not long ago. If I recall correctly, he met Joe Weider at the 1990 Mr. Olympia, and had his photoshoot in 1991.
That's unheard of. Lots in the industry get ten years. Rare ones like Jay Cutler get 20 years - but I can think of no one who get 30 years.
Mike is incredible - even though he is not natural.
That said, I know someone who sees him training regularly, and he says he has been declining in strength in recent years. I didn't watch the video yet, but if it's as easy as these comments say, I'd definitely give some thought to there being a fake plate there.
Even 365 on the incline would be good, so one fake plate per side is a possibility.
Glad to see you back posting, epic.
