Even the old 56k modems where it took ages to download a short clip made it better remember setting away a download after coming in from work and then going out to hang out with mates during that glorious age after leaving school and going to work but living at home without a care in the world and still spent every night with your mates and coming home late to see the download had just completed. We had a local nightclub which was the only one without going to Whitley bay or Newcastle so it got people from all the surrounding town in fact it used to put on a free bus from the nearby towns at a set time it was set over two floors and served food and was always packed friday and Saturday. Lots of fights and some of the nastiest whores around haha anyone who couldn’t pull in that place needed to chop off their dick and throw it in a sewer. Such a magical place wish it was never died
