I like Guy and he's always had that working man's ethic and he had a respectful IFBB competitive career.   That being said, i don't know of him having any experience operating a supplement company that size.  You have to have some business accumen to make decisions, do human resources, and be able to switch hats at the drop of a dime in terms of operational duties.
