I have never been knocked out in my life not by a person or by a fall car accident snowboard accident etc and have been in many. I did get a chip knocked out of one tooth by a lacrosse stick when I was about 12. Other than that never chipped or had any teeth knocked out. Worse head impact has definitely been snowboarding hitting back of my head on ice but still not KOed.

There are no bruises on my forehead I literally posted pics without the bucket hat from 5 minutes prior with a time stamp to prove it hell I have multiple pics and a video from the day the only one where you see a shadow on my forehead is in the bucket hat. But again you don't really think I was in a fight you are just being an ass

Is he leaner than everyone? Who knows. Didn't know that was a requirement. In better shape? The BP screen shots he puts up are downright disturbing. He brushes them off as if he is some next level of human evolution. The guy has more health issues than some of my elderly patients.

He has lied about his DRUG usage (yes Brian, they are drugs). Criticizes other peoples training. Contradicts himself with statements. When called out on things will dismiss with endless excuses (ex: I was just joking).

Some people here have "been there, done that" with bodybuilding. He asked questions and was given VERY helpful information that some charge others for (as coaching) or people have learned through the years and he mocked that stuff, brushed it off, or flat out didn't listen to.

That's just off the top of my head. So, yes Matt people here can and WILL criticize. Time after time it has been said that if he had even an OUNCE of humility in him...things would be so much damn different. To me, Brian is and always will be Uncle Rico.

Personally, I fuck with him because people like him deserve it.

OK Amanda heard. You’re clearly covered up the bruises with make up.

There’s clearly a bruise on your eye/forehead.

Everyone gets their lights turned off once in their life. I’m sure the chick who lit you up had a good reason.
