I would never question ronnie's lifts, he is one of few guys that goes all out.  Whether you like him or not most people agree that he is one strong dude for any level.  Also from what I see, if you put a camera in front of Ronnie he will lift anything.

i dunno about those plates. perhaps one is a rubber one to slide th others on easier. i use one rubber one then rest metal as rubber ones are slighty larger in diameter. he can def do it. i have no illusions of that

Branch Warren was curling like 285+ before he tore his bicep - why wouldn't a man 5 inches taller and 50-70 lbs heavier be able to do 315? Ronnie is king - accept it

but they'd never be stupid enough to make him do it for a photo shoot on a filming set. it's not like they went to metroflex and filmed him during his workout, this was specially for the commercial.
