The real question is how many carefully selected minutes will Tucker Carlson show clips of? Probably less than 0:10:40.0 all of which will be one-sided (guess which side) and hand picked to prove his point.

Now this should be interesting:

Fox Stars Privately Expressed Disbelief About Election Fraud Claims. ‘Crazy Stuff.’
The comments, by Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity and others, were released as part of a $1.6 billion defamation suit against Fox News by Dominion Voter Systems.

“Sidney Powell is lying by the way. I caught her. It’s insane,” Mr. Carlson wrote to Ms. Ingraham on Nov. 18, 2020.

Ms. Ingraham responded: “Sidney is a complete nut. No one will work with her. Ditto with Rudy.”

Mr. Carlson continued, “Our viewers are good people and they believe it.”

Yes, it will be interesting since emails and footage was already released that shows protesters being pushed in, FBI embedded within the protesters and emails that show Epps orchestrated it. Bet you didn’t see the videos posted today, didn’t you? Do you think it’s going to take all 41000 hrs to show this was a set up? No, of course not!

The rest of your post is irrelevant

FBI Arrests 'Sedition Panda' Who Stormed Capitol On Jan. 6, 2021, In Costume

Sometimes, obstruction is a black-and-white case.

On Monday, FBI agents in Florida arrested Jesse James Rumson, who they claim stormed the U.S. Capitol while wearing a giant panda head, earning the monicker “Sedition Panda” in the process.

Rumson’s whereabouts on Jan. 6, 2021, weren’t particularly hard to track, thanks in no small part to the costume he wore off and on that day.

Federal officials also identified him thanks to his nose ring and a set of wooden rosary beads he carried, along with a silver flagpole and a “Don’t Tread on Me” flag.

In an affidavit filed last week, an FBI special agent testified that Rumson was among the first 20 rioters to enter the Capitol through a door on the building’s upper west terrace.

Security footage captured a man in a panda head entering the building shortly after the door was breached:

Once inside, Rumson apparently lost the panda head ― and gained a pair of handcuffs on his wrists. He then exited the Capitol building, and other rioters helped him to remove the handcuffs, according to photos.

The affidavit states that shortly thereafter, Rumson urged on other members of the mob and yelled at them to “GET A RAM!” as they breached a separate entry into the building.

Photos later show him among a crowd of rioters clashing with a police line as officers tried to clear the property. He appears to grapple with an officer, grabbing him by the head.

A tipster first alerted the FBI to Sedition Panda’s true identity in June 2021.

Rumson faces eight charges, including assaulting, resisting or impeding a police officer, obstructing law enforcement, and two separate counts related to acts of physical violence.

Law and order huh? Despite knowing probably better than anyone what his actions were, he still fell for and participated in The Big Lie.

I just can't tell you the number of times I had to use the bathroom so bad I waded through a sea of morons and broke into a federal building.    ::)

Retired state trooper accused of taking part in Capitol riot.

WASHINGTON, D.C. - A retired New Jersey State Police trooper is accused of taking part in the U.S. Capitol riot.

Michael Daniele, 60, allegedly was among the first to breach a barricade at the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection, according to a court filing from the U.S. Department of Justice.
Trooper accused of thwarting Capitol police

The filing, unsealed Monday, alleges Daniele stepped on a barricade at the Peace Circle around 12:53 p.m., interfering with U.S. Capitol Police officers who sought to keep the barricade upright "to stop the advance of the rioters."

It claims Daniele then removed another barrier on the Capitol's West Plaza, passed under the scaffolding of the inauguration stage and walked up steps to the Upper West Plaza.

Daniele entered the Capitol around 2:19 p.m. and left the building at 2:26 p.m. after, he told investigators, failing to find a bathroom.
Admissions to FBI

Daniele admitted to entering the Capitol when interviewed by FBI agents at his home in Holmdel, Monmouth County, the filing says.

"He said he entered the Capitol through a broken door next to a broken window."

"According to Daniele, he only entered one large space of the building and after looking for a bathroom and not finding one, left immediately thereafter," it says.

Daniele identified himself in videos and photos from the riot. He also identified his black jacket, with the letters "MFIC" on a sleeve, and his brown work boots.
Charter bus to Capitol riot

Daniele told the agents he took a charter bus to Washington, D.C., where supporters of then-President Donald Trump occupied the Capitol in an effort to thwart the election of President Joe Biden.

According to the filing, a State Police detective identified Daniele as a suspect on March 9, 2021.

Daniele was a 2003 graduate of the State Police Canine Training Academy, which he attended with a K9, Buddy, according to a press release from that time.

Additional details about his service were not immediately available from the State Police.

Daniele is charged with entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds; disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds; disorderly conduct in a Capitol building; and parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building.

He was released on $100,000 unsecured bond after his arrest on Thursday.

Because it’s all bullshit. This was as much of an “insurrection” as we have a “gun problem” in this country

“61% Believe Feds Helped Incite Capitol Riot”

Thursday, March 02, 2023
Voters overwhelmingly support releasing all videos of the January 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol, and a majority think it’s likely that government agents helped provoke the riot.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 80% of Likely U.S. Voters believe it is important that the public be able to view all the videos of the Capitol riot, including 58% who think it’s Very Important. Only 17% don’t think it’s important for the public to be able to see all the riot videos. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

Fox News host Tucker Carlson is reportedly planning to broadcast videos of the Capitol riot that were not previously released by the congressional committee that investigated the riot. Eighty-six percent (86%) of Republicans, 78% of Democrats, and 75% of voters not affiliated with either major party believe it is important that the public be able to view all the videos of the Capitol riot.

Texas Sen. Ted Cruz is among Republicans who have expressed concern that federal agents “deliberately encouraged illegal and violent conduct on Jan?. 6?,” when supporters of former President Donald Trump stormed the Capitol. Sixty-one percent (61%) of voters believe it is likely that undercover government agents helped provoke the Capitol riot, including 39% who think it’s Very Likely. Thirty percent (30%) don’t think it’s likely undercover agents helped provoke the riot, including 18% who say it is Not At All Likely.

The survey of 1,000 U.S. Likely Voters was conducted on February 26-28, 2023 by Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error is +/- 3 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence. Field work for all Rasmussen Reports surveys is conducted by Pulse Opinion Research, LLC. See methodology.

Seventy percent (70%) of Republicans, as well as 57% of both Democrats and unaffiliated voters believe it is at least somewhat likely that undercover government agents helped provoke the Capitol riot.

Forty-seven percent (47%) of all Likely Voters believe the special congressional committee that investigated the Capitol riot did a good or excellent job, while 38% rate the special committee as having done a poor job. While 66% of Democrats rate the so-called J6 committee as having done a good or excellent job with its investigation, only 26% of Republicans and 47% of unaffiliated voters share that opinion. Fifty-six percent (56%) of Republicans give the J6 committee investigation a poor rating, as do 20% of Democrats and 40% of unaffiliated voters.

More whites (34%) than black voters (11%) or other minorities (22%) give the J6 committee an excellent rating. Majorities of every racial category believe it is important that all the video from the Capitol riot be made available to the public. Likewise, majorities of every group – 61% of whites, 62% of black voters and 64% of other minorities – think it is at least somewhat likely that undercover government agents helped provoke the Capitol riot.

Fifty-seven percent (57%) of self-identified conservative voters say it is Very Likely that undercover agents helped provoke the riot, compared to 18% of moderates and 26% of liberals.

There is not much “gender gap” in these findings, except that men are somewhat more likely than women voters to rate the J6 committee as having done a poor job, while women voters are slightly more likely to suspect government agents helped provoke the Capitol riot.

Voters under 40 are more likely than their elders to suspect the Capitol riot was provoked by undercover agents. Older voters are more likely to rate the J6 committees as having done a poor job with its investigation of the riot.

Breaking down the electorate by income categories, voters earning more than $200,000 a year are most likely to rate the J6 committee as having done an excellent job, while those with annual incomes between $30,000 and $50,000 are most likely to give the committee a poor rating.

Among voters who think it is Very Likely that undercover government agents helped provoke the Capitol riot, 88% believe it is Very Important that the public have access to all the videos of the riot.

President Joe Biden’s strongest supporters are most pleased by the J6 committee’s investigation. Among voters who Strongly Approve of Biden’s job performance as president, 90% rate the special congressional committee as having done a good or excellent job investigating the Capitol riot. By contrast, among those who Strongly Disapprove of Biden’s performance, just four percent (4%) rate the J6 committee’s work good or excellent, while 81% give the committee a poor rating.

A majority of voters don’t think President Joe Biden has kept his campaign promise to unite Americans, and one-third endorse a GOP congresswoman’s recent call for a “national divorce” between red states and blue states.

Most voters give the federal government low ratings for its response to the train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio.

Capitol rioter guilty of stealing badge from beaten officer

A New York man pleaded guilty on Friday to stealing a badge and radio from a police officer who was brutally beaten as rioters pulled him into the mob that attacked the U.S. Capitol over two years ago, court record show.

Thomas Sibick pleaded guilty to assault and theft charges for his role in the attack on Metropolitan Police Officer Michael Fanone during the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the Capitol.

U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson is scheduled to sentence Sibick on July 28. The judge allowed Sibick to remain free on bond until that hearing.

Estimated sentencing guidelines call for Sibick to receive a prison sentence ranging from a low of two years and nine months to a high of nearly six years, according to his plea agreement.

Rioters kicked, punched, grabbed and shocked Fanone with a stun gun after pulling him away from other officers who were guarding a tunnel entrance on the Capitol's Lower West Terrace. Another rioter threatened to take Fanone's gun and kill him.

Fanone's body camera captured Sibick removing the officer's badge and radio from his tactical vest during the mob's attack, according to a court filing accompanying his guilty plea.

Others in the crowd escorted Fanone back to the police line. Before FBI agents showed him the body camera video, Sibick initially denied assaulting Fanone and claimed that he tried in vain to pull the officer away from his attackers.

Sibick said he buried Fanone's badge in his backyard after returning home to Buffalo, New York. He returned the badge, but Fanone's $5.500 radio hasn't been recovered.

Other rioters have been charged with attacking Fanone, who lost consciousness and was taken to an emergency room.

Albuquerque Cosper Head, a Tennessee man who dragged Fanone into the crowd, was sentenced in October 2022 to seven years and six month in prison. During Head's sentencing, Fanone said the attack gave him a heart attack and a traumatic brain injury and ultimately cost him his career.

Kyle Young, an Iowa man who grabbed Fanone by the wrist and handed a stun gun to another rioter who used it on the officer, was sentenced in September 2022 to seven years and two months in prison.

A California man, Daniel Rodriguez, pleaded guilty in February to using a stun gun on Fanone during the attack. Rodriguez is scheduled to be sentenced on May 16.

Approximately 1,000 people have been charged with federal crimes related to the riot on Jan. 6, when the mob of Donald Trump supporters disrupted the joint session of Congress for certifying President Joe Biden's electoral victory. More than 500 of them have pleaded guilty, mostly to misdemeanors. Approximately 400 have been sentenced, with over half getting terms of imprisonment ranging from seven days to 10 years.

Nothing says "innocent" like pulling a disappearing act before your court date.  Pretty much guaranteed themselves a "no bail" situation when they are found and hauled in.

Can't figure out why they would run....  I mean, they were doing the right thing, right?  They should be eager to get up in court and prove how patriotic they were.

2 Capitol riot defendants sought by FBI after disappearing

The FBI is searching for a Florida woman who was supposed to stand trial Monday on charges stemming from the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol attack as well as another riot defendant who has also gone missing, officials said.

A federal judge in Washington issued bench warrants for the arrest of Olivia Pollock and Joseph Hutchinson III last week after the court was notified that they had tampered with or removed the ankle monitors that track their location, said Joe Boland, a supervisory special agent with the FBI's Lakeland, Florida office.

Boland said the FBI has recovered one of the defendants' ankle monitors after they removed it, but declined to say whether it was Pollock's or Hutchinson's. As of Monday afternoon, the FBI had not located either of them, he said.

Olivia Pollock, of Lakeland, is the sister of another Jan. 6 defendant, Jonathan Pollock, who has been on the lam for months. The FBI has offered a reward of up $30,000 in exchange for information leading to the arrest and conviction of her brother, who is accused of assaulting multiple police officers during the riot.

Olivia Pollock and Hutchinson were initially arrested in 2021 and charged in a five-person indictment with assaulting law enforcement and other crimes. Hutchinson is representing himself at trial, and an attorney appointed to assist him as standby counsel declined to comment on Monday.

Olivia Pollock's lawyer, Elita Amato, said Monday that her client “had been diligently assisting in her defense for her upcoming trial prior to her disappearance.”

Authorities encouraged anyone with information about their whereabouts to contact the FBI.

Olivia Pollock, who was wearing a ballistic plate-carrier vest during the riot, is accused of elbowing an officer in the chest and trying to strip the officer's baton away during the melee. Jonathan Pollock is accused of thrusting a riot shield into an officer's face and throat, pulling an officer down steps and punching others.

Authorities say Hutchinson pulled back a fence that allowed other rioters to swarm police trying to defend the Capitol, punched an officer and grabbed the sleeve of another before throwing the officer out of his way.

Hutchinson, who now lives in Georgia, was scheduled to face trial in August. The judge on Monday rescheduled Olivia Pollock's trial for August as well.

Also on Monday, a Colorado man pleaded guilty on to using a chemical spray to attack police officers who were trying to hold off the mob.

Robert Gieswein, of Woodland Park, Colorado, is scheduled to be sentenced on June 9. Estimated sentencing guidelines for Gieswein recommend a prison sentence ranging from three years and five months to four years and three months, according to his plea agreement.

Gieswein was wearing a helmet, flak jacket and goggles and carrying a baseball bat when he stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. He marched to the building from the Washington Monument with members of the far-right Proud Boys extremist group.

Gieswein repeatedly sprayed an “aerosol irritant” at police officers, pushed against a line of police and was one of the first rioters to enter the Capitol, according to a court filing accompanying his guilty plea to assault charges.

Federal authorities have said Gieswein appeared to be an adherent of the Three Percenters militia movement and ran a private paramilitary training group called the Woodland Wild Dogs.

Nearly 1,000 people have been charged so far in the riot. Sentences have ranged from probation for people who pleaded guilty to misdemeanor crimes to 10 years in prison for a retired New York Police Department officer who used a metal flagpole to assault an officer.
