Eventually, all 40,000 hours of video will get watched, most likely in bits and pieces by multiples of people. With that much video, one could craft any interpretation of what transpired leading up to, during and following the January 6, 2017, siege on the U.S. Capitol. Anyone who believes that the tiny portion of video aired on FOX with Tucker Carlson's acompaning one-sided narration tells the whole story of the events on that day is both incredibly gullible and as dumb as a stick.

"One sided narration tells the whole story of the events on that day is both incredibly gullible and as dumb as a stick."

🤔 .............. Hmmmm Interesting
same could be said about those that followed the one sided "official" China Virus Narrative

Gullible & dumb as a stick. 😆👍🏻

Yes, the same could be said about people who cling to just one narrative, that being that COVID was and still is a hoax, (played on the entire population of this planet).  ;)

Is there many that do believe the Virus wasn't real. ??
I don't know any that say the Virus wasn't real.

I'd say 99.9% of folk believe the Virus was real.
Still even those that say the Virus wasn't real & just made up hoax would appear normal
As They wouldn't of walked around advertising their Foolishness & Clown behaviour
As they didn't participated in any of that Nappy wearing etc behaviour.

Worse, there is a Getbig poster who literally phoned the police threatening them with violence if they tried to make him wear a nappy. Or so it appeared in the video he sent me. I think he threatened to "slash their throats". Fortunately, he lives in a relatively small community where folks including the police likely know he has serious mental issues.

This is why most attorneys do not want to work with or represent this dumb ass.

Sounds like this attorney was actually smart enough to cover his ass so he wouldn't take the fall for the liar like some of the other ones did.

Sources: Special counsel claims Trump deliberately misled his attorneys about classified documents, judge wrote

Prosecutors in the special counsel's office have presented compelling preliminary evidence that former President Donald Trump knowingly and deliberately misled his own attorneys about his retention of classified materials after leaving office, a former top federal judge wrote Friday in a sealed filing, according to sources who described its contents to ABC News.

Sources added that Howell also ordered Corcoran to hand over a number of records tied to what Howell described as Trump's alleged "criminal scheme," echoing prosecutors. Those records include handwritten notes, invoices, and transcriptions of personal audio recordings.

HAHAHAHAHA.... joined up and received criminal charges as a sign on bonus.

The REAL Oath Keepers are the people turning in these retards, the DOJ for arresting and prosecuting them and the judges for sentencing them.  Not these pretend losers trying to play war against their own country.

Former NC cop joined Oath Keepers days before Capitol riot. Now she faces prison.

A former North Carolina police officer, who joined the Oath Keepers militia group only days before the Capitol riot, was convicted Monday of conspiracy and obstruction charges tied to the violence.

Laura Steele of Thomasville was among a group of Oath Keepers who used a military “stack” formation to storm up the Capitol steps and into the congressional building on Jan. 6, 2021, photographs in court filings show.

On Monday, a Washington, D.C., jury convicted Steele and three co-defendants of conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, a federal crime that carries up to 20 years in prison, multiple media outlets reported.

Steele, along with Sandra Parker, Connie Meggs and William Isaacs, was also found guilty of a host of lesser charges, including destruction of government property and conspiracy to prevent members of Congress from discharging their duties by certifying the results of the 2020 election.

The verdict is the government’s latest blow against the Oath Keepers, a right-wing militia group with strong N.C. ties that is accused of taking a leading role in planning and executing the Capitol attack.

The unprecedented violence, which was unleashed by a mob of Donald Trump supporters enraged by the former president’s baseless claims of a stolen election, has been tied to five deaths and injuries to some 140 police officers.

More than 1,000 arrests have been made in the two-year investigation of the riot.

Well bless their hearts.  A practicing criminal attorney.  Hahahaha the irony.  I bet he cries in court when the sentence comes down.

Georgia attorney convicted on Jan. 6 charges

An attorney in Georgia has been convicted on charges in relation to his involvement in the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the Capitol.

William McCall Calhoun of Americus, Ga., was found guilty in a D.C. court of felony and multiple misdemeanor charges for his role in the Capitol insurrection, according to a Department of Justice news release.

Calhoun, 59, is a practicing criminal defense attorney in his home state.

According to court documents, local and federal law enforcement began receiving tips on Jan. 6 about Calhoun’s potential involvement in the Capitol insurrection, saying Calhoun posted on his social media accounts about certification of the Electoral College vote and the importance of physically being in D.C. on that day.

Authorities also obtained evidence from Calhoun’s social media accounts and his cellphone that showed he attended former President Trump’s “Stop the Steal” rally before making his way to the Capitol.

Authorities said that Calhoun walked up the west side of the Capitol grounds as smoke rose from the crowd and people were affected by tear gas, approaching the Senate wing door where he stated, “This is it. We’re storming the Capitol.”

Calhoun then entered through the broken Senate wing door as the alarm went off, walking through the Capitol and encountering a police line in the Crypt, going back and forth the Rotunda multiple times before ultimately leaving through the east side of the building.

A video also shows Calhoun among other rioters who pounded on doors and walls as they passed through lawmakers’ offices, with Calhoun stating in the video that the rioters were “looking for people.” The criminal defense attorney also made it outside of Rep. Nancy Pelosi’s (D-Calif.) office during his time at the Capitol, courts documents said.

In a Facebook post later that day, Calhoun wrote that, “Today the American People proved we have the power. We physically took control of the Capitol building in a hand to hand hostile takeover. We occupied the Capitol and shut down the Government – we shut down their stolen election shenanigans.”

Calhoun was arrested by authorities a week later in Macon, Ga.

Calhoun’s guilty verdict comes as authorities have arrested more than 999 people for their involvement in the Capitol insurrection, which resulted in the deaths of five people. More than 320 people have been charged with assaulting or impeding law enforcement on that day.

Calhoun, whose sentencing hearing is scheduled for July 6, faces a maximum 20-year prison sentence and could also receive potential financial penalties.

Ruben Mata, a fitness trainer in Stanton, California, was adamant that the coronavirus was not real. Most of what he had heard about the virus he’d gleaned from his friends at the gym, (He got this idea from his friends at the gym. LOL!)

Sean Patterson a 56-year-old truck driver St Joseph, Missouri said, “It’s a hoax. There’s no pandemic. As Trump said, how many millions die of flu?”

Nearly two years since the first COVID-19 case was detected, some people were still pushing the conspiracy theory that the pandemic is a hoax. https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2022/01/05/fact-check-post-falsely-claims-covid-19-pandemic-isnt-real/9076551002/

In 2020 at a campaign rally in South Carolina Trump called the coronavirus “their new hoax.” “The Democrats are politicizing the coronavirus. They’re politicizing it.” Note: In response to this, Politifact and Snopes both claimed that he didn't technically call the virus a hoax.

Musician, renowned loudmouth, and staunch Trump supporter Ted Nugent tested positive for COVID-19 after writing off the pandemic  — as a hoax.

Being a man, woman and a duck all in one day would be exhausting. It does throw into question whether that saying still stands. These days it might be more accurate to say if it look like a duck, quacks like a duck, and walks like a duck... I might actually be a chicken disguised in drag as a duck. Some trans women actually look like females. There are also females who successfully pull off looking like a man.

Yeah, yeah... blame it on the orange turd.  That worked out great for you when you believed him when he said the election was stolen and when he said he would be helping you.  This is hilarious. He tried to to use one of Trumpy's tactics and instead got himself Trumped even worse. Absolutely hilarious.

Maybe Trumpy should offer him a job when he gets out.  Since he already lost two due to his criminal nature and charges.

Trump 'tricked' me: Michigan man tries, but fails, to avoid prison in Jan. 6 attack

Anthony Puma admitted to breaking into the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, through a broken window, videotaping the melee on his GoPro camera and posting it to Facebook — but says President Donald Trump "tricked" him into rebelling that day — and he therefore shouldn't go to prison for it.

A judge disagreed.

Puma, a 50-year-old husband and father who now says he regrets his actions and has "disavowed" his support for Trump, will be in a federal prison for nine months for participating in the violent attack that sought to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election.

Puma had asked to be spared a prison sentence, but prosecutors argued he belonged behind bars for his actions.

On Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Paul Friedman sentenced Puma to nine months in prison, and ordered him to pay a $500 fine and $2,000 in restitution. Prosecutors were pushing for 15-21 months, noting Puma had cooperated with the FBI and pleaded guilty.

Puma, though, was hoping to serve his punishment at home and avoid a fine.

"I truly regret my actions. If I could go back in time, I would have stayed home with my wife," Puma wrote in a letter to the judge before his sentencing. "I have no excuse for my actions and I throw myself at the mercy of the court hoping for leniency."

According to court records, Puma blamed Trump for his actions that day.

Puma's lawyer also argued that Puma had "already suffered" in many ways since the attack, including getting fired from two jobs after word got out about his criminal charges. His lawyer also argued that Puma never destroyed any property, was "never violent" and "was horrified when he realized what he was a part of that day."

Prosecutors paint a different picture.

According to court filings by the government, here is what landed Puma in federal court:On Dec. 31, 2020, one week before the attack on the Capitol, Puma laid out his plan in a Facebook post: “On the 6th when we are all there in the capital [sic] and he [former President Trump] is givin [sic] his second term the people will see. Then you never know we might have to start killing some commie bastards. #stopthesteal.”

On Jan. 5, 2021, Puma again took to Facebook to reiterate his plan, this time in a message to a friend: “Tomorrow is the big day. Rig for Red. War is coming.”

4 years!!!  But really what can you expect from an idiot.  What kind of dumb ass claims that they come with no intention to commit violence and but still had a gas mask and tactical gear only “because he feared a terrorist attack.”   ::)   Well, doesn't everyone bring their tact gear, zip ties, disco light, and mace on vacation?   ::)

Man gets 4 years for attacking police at Jan. 6 Capitol riot

A Virginia man who assaulted police with a stolen baton and used a flashing strobe light to disorient officers trying to defend the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021 was sentenced Tuesday to more than four years in prison.

Geoffrey Sills of Mechanicsville, Virginia, was convicted of assault with a dangerous weapon, obstruction of Congress and robbery for his role in the violence at the Capitol's Lower West Terrace tunnel, where police were beaten and crushed as as they tried to beat back the angry mob of President Donald Trump supporters.

The 31-year-old has already served a year and a half behind bars since his June 2021 arrest.

In a separate case on Tuesday, a judge declared a mistrial after jurors failed to reach an agreement on whether a man described as the Oath Keepers “operations leader” for Jan. 6 was guilty of obstruction. Michael Greene was acquitted of all other felony charges on Monday, but convicted of a misdemeanor offense. Greene is the only defendant in three trials involving more than a dozen members and associates of the far-right extremist group to not be convicted of a felony charge.

Sills — who arrived at the Capitol with a gas mask and goggles — threw several pole-like objects at police, stole a police baton from an officer and hit at least two officers with it, according to prosecutors. He also pointed a strobe light at a line of officers in the tunnel.

Sills posted videos of his actions and others on social media that day before deleting his account, prosecutors say. In one post — showing officers in riot gear — Sills wrote: “Visited the Capitol today.” In another post depicting rioters flooding into the the tunnel, he wrote: “Took a tour.”

U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden found Sills guilty in August after a stipulated bench trial — an unusual legal proceeding in which defendants do not admit guilt to charges but agree with the government that certain facts are true.

Prosecutors had been seeking nine years behind bars, writing in court papers that Sills has “expressed little remorse and contrition." Prosecutors argued that his social media posts “were those of a man proud of his actions.”

Sills' attorney wrote in court papers that his client didn't come to Washington on Jan. 6 with any intention to commit violence and had a gas mask and tactical gear only “because he feared a terrorist attack.”

“He did not arrive that day planning or expecting to wreak violence. There is no evidence that he injured anyone. He went because his President asked him to. Once there, he stepped into a maelstrom not of his making," attorney John Kiyonaga wrote. An email seeking comment was sent to Kiyonaga after sentencing.

Sills is among roughly 1,000 people who have been charged with federal crimes in the riot that left dozens of police officers injured. More than 300 people have been charged with assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers, including more than 100 who have been charged with using a deadly or dangerous weapon or causing serious bodily injury.

More than half the Jan. 6 defendants have pleaded guilty, including more than 130 who have pleaded guilty to felony crimes. Of the 400 who have been sentenced, more than half have gotten terms of imprisonment ranging from seven days to 10 years, according to an Associated Press tally.

In the Oath Keepers case, jurors on Monday found four defendants guilty of conspiracy and obstruction: Sandra Parker, of Morrow, Ohio, Laura Steele, of Thomasville, North Carolina, William Isaacs, of Kissimmee, Florida, and Connie Meggs, of Dunnellon, Florida.

Sandra Parker’s husband, Bennie Parker, was acquitted Monday of obstruction as well as one conspiracy charge, and Greene was acquitted of two conspiracy charges. The judge instructed jurors to keep deliberating after they said they couldn’t reach a verdict on another conspiracy charge for Bennie Parker and the obstruction charge for Greene.

On Tuesday, the jury returned a guilty verdict for Bennie Parker on the other conspiracy charge, but deadlocked on the obstruction charge for Greene.

Greene, of Indianapolis, Indiana, said he wasn’t a dues-paying member of the Oath Keepers but worked essentially as a contractor, providing security services. He took the witness stand during the seditious conspiracy trial of Oath Keepers leader Stewart Rhodes and told jurors that Rhodes asked him to come to Washington to help with security operations for events around the Capitol before the riot. Greene didn't go inside the Capitol and told jurors he never heard anyone discussing plans to do so.

Greene's attorney, William Shipley, said Tuesday that “the government's case was a farce," adding that “it made no sense and the jury saw it for what it was.”

Hahahaha I am so far in this autistic assburp's head that he can't stop cutting and pasting his Wall O' Whine in threads I haven't even mentioned him in.   This is why no one likes third world trash.

Total meltdown.    :D

Nobody cares.  Venezuelan trash.  Hahahaha

Ewwww... I feel dirty knowing that you obsess over me all the time now.  Third world stalker.

Straw/Lurker/WayneTracker,

The US isn't a third world country.  It's called naturalized US citizenship, but you wouldn't know anything about that, you racist bastardo ignorante.   :)

Where did Strawman account go ?
Someone lost their password/ or took your advice & logged out not to return

"Wayne Tracker" is the Village Idiot.

Straw Man = LurkerNoMore = Wayne Tracker

He is an intolerant, racist, pervert, a liar and a coward, hiding behind multiple gimmick accounts.

Besides, my personal belief is anyone who holds a fundamentalist belief in any religion is mentally ill (for real) which again makes for a pointless discussion

LOL

Settle down Aunt Jemima

Pretty racist comment from a supposed non-racist liberal.

FYI - I don't discuss religion with my clients, just like I do discuss how often they bone their wives (or husbands).
