When we look deep into the eyes of one of nature’s most majestic animals we see simplicity, complexity and mystery.  The simplicity is in the form of its physical build - shaped to the environment in which it lives and works. 
Complexity is its components of cells: each cell contains over a billion bits of information – multiplied by trillions of cells in its body.
And mystery: when our gaze meets the eyes of our dogs, regardless of breed, serotonin levels rise in us and our dogs.
However, not only does our dogs change our moods, also, the sights or colors, and smells of nature promotes our physical and mental health.
Lush green forests and meadows for example, lower our blood pressure. And the aroma of wild flowers helps our psychological well-being.  Just to name a few elements in nature that affects us.
  It’s interesting how the simple things in nature enlighten our lives.  Often, when we experience nature, we experience the one who made it.
In the midst of our downward spiraling and chaotic society, when life is mostly seen and experienced through phone and computer screens, it’s good for us to open the door and follow our dog outside to experience the simple, complex and mysterious world of nature.
