hahahaha ''studies''. In order to establish that statement you'd have to take 2 healthy identical twins, isolate them and put them on the same diet with the only difference being one drinks milk and the other doesn't. And you do this for 10, 20, 30 etc years. this is the only way you could actually determine if some food causes  health issues or not. everything else is just speculation

I was literally only reading about milk last week as i drink alot of it and it seems these ideas have been around a while, saying it can increase your mortality rate by a high percentage and can trigger some cancers..
