Why the fuck would anyone do site injections for localized swelling if they were not in a contest? I do not do site injections not sure how I can be anymore clear about that. I have symetrical issues between shoulders as I have had 3 shoulder surgeries and 1 bad dislocation and the shoulder sits differently in the joint now. Also one side has a torn pec so the shoulder on that side does more work as it compensates. Why would anyone just shoot into one shoulder if I did site injections or SEO I would do them into the smaller side not just keep hitting one side one arm and one delt fucking nonsense

Perhaps, if you injected your quads you could get some localized swelling and growth. have you tried shooting suspension pre training? it has been proven to have good results

I’m 5’6 223, you’re what? 5’11? If it were pound for pound and I were 5’11 it would put me around the 270-275lb range. At the end of 2020 I was 252 in this picture, my biggest. That would have put me (pound for pound) around the 290-300lb range.

The picture taken yesterday is about month and half from my 60th

My college buddy who placed top 10 in Nationals as an NPC heavy at 21 years old took 2 3cc shots a day and that was 20 plus years ago. He got up to a solid 260lbs at 21 years old

500mg is not a mega cycle that is literally 2-2.5cc. I don't believe in cycles. I stay on year round at a moderate TRT dosage again moderate is a subjective term I consider 500mg moderate although sometimes I take a little less as sometimes I get 200mg instead of 250mg and I take 2cc a week. Again do whatever you want 2cc is what I recommend and what works for me

We are the same weight today yes? I could be a dick and point out I am leaner which is why you wear a shirt. You have to eat the same amount of food to be 223lbs whether you are 6  feet or 4 feet tall. Do you want extra credit for being short? We would be the same weight class in bodybuilding boxing wrestling mma etc etc
