Redcon1 Founder Has Sentence Reduced From 54 Months To 36 Months. Now Free In 2024.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Redcon1 founder Aaron Singerman — sentened to 54 months in federal prison earlier this year — will now be out of prison in November of 2024. The federal magistrate assigned to the case reduced his sentence in February. The Federal Bureau of Prisions has now confirmed the reduction by amending Singerman’s release date on its inmate locator website.

After months of denial, Singerman pleaded guilty to his role in a company known as “Blackstone Labs” and its mislabling of nutritional supplements just before trial in the matter was to start around Thanksgiving of 2021.

Singerman founded Redcon1 after leaving Blackstone, but he couldn’t escape a federal indictment — and claims from some Blackstone product users that they became seriously ill after using the improperly labeled supplements. He is accused of no wrongdoing relating to Redcon1 which is a completely separate organization.

Palm Beach County records indicate that Singerman continues to own a home in the West Delray Beach community of Seven Bridges which he purchased for $2.3M in July of 2016. Just before sentencing, he purchased a home in Boca Raton’s “The Sanctuary” for $6M. Neither home is on the market.

In reducing the sentence, the federal Magistrate Judge essentially synced up all counts to a concurrent 36 months to be followed by 12 months of supervised release. He was originally sentenced to 36 months for some of the counts and 54 months for others. Singerman is being held in a federal prision facility in Pensacola, Florida.

I'm impressed that Singerman was able to skirt so close to the grey area for so long. I guess at some point things went south for him. Be it business-wise, personally, or both.

Very fishy and doesnt make sense.  Essentially the judge is making Aaron less culpable than PJ.  Not only that, there is no compelling reason to do a sentence reduction....  Aaron had two DUI's prior to sentencing.


Either way....always plead guilty if you're guilty....dont waste the courts time.  I bet PJ is pissed

Yeah but who's going to deal with him, certainly not anyone in the supplement industry that is participating in something illegal? And if they decide to do business with him,  ultimately they get what the deserve, right?

You’d be surprised. But mainly, it’s not direct deals they are looking for but what he hears, information he has access to through other people. Grapevine talk.

There was a rapper's brother that had something similar done with his sentence recently. He got it knocked down from life to just under 28 years by clearing some murders New Orleans had on their books for a longtime. Said it wasn't snitching because the people involved were already dead.

When you go visit Aaron in prison let him know Getbig is disappointed in him, but also tell PJ we are proud of him for doing his time like a man.
