Vince Basile's 80th birthday

Dear all

SF1900 and Abraham G have been working behind the scenes to "set this up" and we now have the pleasure to invite you all to Vince Basile's 80th birthday. It will be held saturday the 3rd of september at Big Al's steakhouse in Sydney, Australia.

So far, speeches will be held by Sev, Kahn N Singh and Taffin. If you would like to hold a speech, send a PM to SF1900. 

The festivities will start at 17.00 o clock. To make sure we will all have a pleasant evening, please respect the following guidelines:

- Don't show up to Sydney airport in your private jet without announcing it beforehand to the airport. They only have limited space.
- Primemuscle shall not go to the men's bathroom without supervision.
- Basile and Goodrum shall not be seated at the same table.

During the festivities, a stage will be set up in the restaurant and the following activities will be on display:

- Guest posing by bhanks and wes
- a postmodern impromptu theater display where SF1900 and Rory sit on a couch and talk about everyday things
- eating contest between Henda, Chaos and musclematters

He does. I'm chartering a private plane. I'll be picking up Taffin, Phantom Spunker, Joswift and Henda if his medical team will allow for it. SF1900 and Rory have decided to fly commercial so I have two extra seats available. PM me if interested.

Great times at Basile's 70th! Booty looked amazing in that red bathing suit. I still laugh when I remember Darren Avey leaping out of the giant birthday cake and handing out free Nectar rewards to everyone. He almost gave Basile a heart attack, lol.

If you're going to the UK, you must be going around the world.  Will you be stopping in Dubai India too?

An easier route is a stop in Honolulu.  It's 4400 nautical miles from Honolulu to Sydney, so make sure you have enough range with the payload you'll be carrying.  For example, an Embraer Praetor 600 doesn't have the range you need.   

Yes, taking the scenic route. Appreciate the advices though.

I've used this machine. It's good for getting volume in without screwing up joints. It's "fun" to use, but there are probably better things for building biceps.

But does your gym have the supinator machine?

No. They wouldn't ditch out the necessary cash to buy the sophisticated equipment. I think old school chin-ups should suffice.
