I flip my hat backward if the bill is going to interrupt the range of motion on certain exercises.  The second the set is complete I flip it back around.  I'm almost 53 for fuck sake.  Hankins is a nutbag.  I'd love to see a reality show of him and his daily interactions with his wife, neighbors, etc.  Especially after he's gone, would be interesting to hear what people say about him or are willing to say.  I'm still most irritated that he has his kid looking like a blonde haired Joey Lawrence.  Does he want his kid to get diddled?  He's kind of just dangling it out there for all the creeps.
