Looks great.
So you stay that lean year-round? And if so, do you find that pretty manageable? I myself am looking for a body fat percentage to get to that I can stay at year-round. I'm thinking 15-16%, but if I can shave a couple of points off that, I'd be very happy.
I stay this way year round yes. I do not diet at all. I train in a hybrid method mixing elements of Jones, Yates, and the old POF theories. 3 day split training each group to failure, making increases each month in either weight, reps, or shortening rest periods. I eat healthy but do not count calories or closely track macros. I try to out train my appetite.
My point was Magnus could maintain that amount of muscle on well less than a gram or even 500mg of test. I do 500 mg per month and actually make small gains. Seven years ago when I started trt my first Dr put me on 200/wk. I had trouble with E levels and had to take arimidex to control. I dialed the dose back as I learned more on my own and doing 50 every three days my E stays around 13-15 and on shots my T will actually spike well above 1000 post shot. I hold less water as well.
I believe many guys could and would maintain a lot of muscle on lower doses of T but there is a psychological dependence as well as assumption of need to stick with a higher dose.
