He's talking about off-road diesel. Which is illegal to use on public roads and much cheaper.

A lot of contractors use it in their diesel trucks because they can buy it in bulk for their heavy machinery.

When i worked in the oil fields all the rough necks used it.

The cops started dipping peoples gas tanks on diesel vehicles to test for it and fine them.

Yes, but to be fair I typically pay only about $.30 plus/minus more a gallon for on road. I’d never put off road in my truck, like you said, it only takes one trooper to stick your tank and you’re fucked.

Gas was $2 during covid lockdowns in California.
 I’m sure it was under $2 everywhere else in America. Actually Johnny Falcon started a thread about low gas prices in NC during the pandemic.

Prior to the pandemic it was mid to high 3’s in CA.


Also you were employed by a Fortune 500 company under Trump. Under Biden they let you go.
