I had chronic low back pain for decades.
A few years ago I stopped eating carbs and plants (including "vegetable" oils), and started eating only a whole foods diet moderate in animal protein (fatty beef, whole eggs, bacon, dark meat chicken with skin, pork, fatty fish, heavy cream, etc.), and high in animal fats (beef tallow, bacon grease, lard, butter, etc.)
My low back pain is finally gone, not to mention a very long list of other health benefits I've experienced since starting this way of eating.
