If I'm not mistaken, Rambone has a word for this - I believe in one of the Justin Slates videos that Tr55 posted [been waiting for another one to drop], Rambone said that Slates must take the nastiest pyramid shits.

Not recently, so I’m not sure if it has changed. I was more interested watching his vids when he was training at Arvilla’s gym. I remember seeing him taking the pills in the morning and the bottles just had “liver” and “kidney” on them followed by a brief, mundane explanation of its benefits by former Rhodes Scholar, Nick Walker.

If you see his '21 contest pics his FDB is incredible but I can't fathom how bhanks can say he would rather be in Walker's physique. Walker would rather not be in his physique. Cedric Mc was about the last open physique I found aspirational. Maybe Rhoden?
