Americans always say they see these absolutely jacked negroes at the playground and they eat only junk food. If junk food causes low test how can that be? Researchers actually say the earlier puberty has to do with people eating more food calories which gets the hormones pumping. People get taller also all the time in western countries if I'm not mistaken and this is due to more calories and more nutrients - though everyone says food quality is shit compared to before.

I haven't researched this supposed drastic drop in T levels but something seems off to me.

Mine was 213 which is in the 70yr+ range. Stress from work and life does it. Been on trt for 8yrs now, life is good.
