The former model, 54, filed paperwork to dissolve her 25-year marriage to the “Rocky” star, 76, in Palm Beach County, Fla., on Aug. 19.
Court documents obtained by Page Six state that the marriage is “irretrievably broken” and note that Flavin is requesting assets accumulated during the union to be “equitably distributed” between them.

Flavin also claims the “Daylight” star has “engaged in the intentional dissipation, deplete and/or waste of marital assets,” which has negatively affected the “marital estate.” She’s requesting to be “compensated and made whole” by receiving more money than Stallone does from the estate.
Flavin, who is looking to restore her maiden name, also wants exclusive use of their marital home in Palm Beach, Fla., while Stallone resides in their California property.
Stallone addressed the news Wednesday, telling Page Six, “I love my family. We are amicably and privately addressing these personal issues.”
Four days after Flavin’s filing, the actor made headlines for covering a large tattoo of his spouse’s face on his shoulder.
Stallone replaced the tribute with ink of Butkus, the famous bullmastiff from the “Rocky” movies.
Tattoo artist Zach Perez showed the cover-up in an Aug. 16 Instagram post.
“Greatest day in my tattoo career!!” he gushed. “Thank you for trusting me with your tattoo today @officialslystallone.”
After many fans commented on the social media upload to ask whether Flavin minded the shady move, Perez deleted the slideshow from his feed.
Stallone’s publicist, Michelle Bega, subsequently told the Daily Mail that the Oscar nominee “loves his family” and explained away the updated tattoo.
