Sweden have supported communists and terrorists for decades, especially in Africa.
They were the biggest suppliers of financial aid to the ANC in South Africa and supported groups fighting against the Portuguese in Angola and Mozambique.
Now they're unhappy those same formerly oppressed and now liberated black people are living in their own country.

Did Sweden finally make a statement politically by voting against some of these insane policies?
Yes, that would be a bit hypocritical. I heard even in the early twentieth century, there was a Swedish man - maybe a diplomat - who was judging Americans for being "racist".
I have nothing against coloured people of colour, but there are disparities in outcomes which explain some results.
I was very disappointed to learn that my one Black friend [among those who live in my city, which is not a large Black population here], that he was complicit in assaulting someone I know.
The other dude a very tiny bit deserved it, but I hate that the event sort of confirmed my stereotypes slightly.
We're supposed to end racism, while withholding the reality that the results we see are going to result in more so-called racism.
I'll give one example - I say this with no animosity against Black people or anything, but there is a disparity in the crime rate which produces more policing. They make it sound like White police officers want to go around stalking Black men.

I don't doubt that some do - but the primary reason is the disparate crime rates.
So how do we stop that "racism", when [1] it's not remotely caused by racism, and [2] we can't talk about it truthfully?
...
Or let's keep blaming racism.

If Sweden is getting sick of this, it's safe to say this won't work ANYWHERE.
