That’s the smallest 6’1” 223 lbs I’ve ever seen. I actually thought ut was a woman prior to playing the video. Not that it matters just saying very small build.

Yeah, he's not 223 pounds, unless he's 6'7" rather than 6'1"! 

He has trouble benching 275 for one rep, too.  Pathetically weak upper body.

That’s how they squat in football, in my experience.  Goal is to get the weight up.

A lot of that post is from when he was a little HS kid, competing at #185-198. Here are his powerlifting records from then -

The video is old. He was barely out of highschool, starting Alabama.  Probably weighs 190 there.

He's a fine athlete and a competitor.

It's common for under the radar college players to become top pros although Hurts was well known.

Do they even let QBs lift stupid weight?

He's 180 at best in his freshman squatting footage.  And yes, he looks more like a dyke there than an NFL standout.

QB's don't bench at all. Brady Quinn had jacked arms at Notre Dame but all that arm and upper body muscle disappeared in the NFL. Impedes the throwing motion.

Dindu's can't play QB. They should only be in strength and speed positions.  Too much thought involved with being a great QB. He's no Josh Allen
