Happy National Disappointed Parents Day

Apparently today is National Coming Out day.  Are there any getbiggers who want to get something off of their chest? Or have something put onto their chest?

An ex-girlfriend of mine had a younger brother who came out as gay in his late teens. I always knew he was gay. He was a very feminine kid who used to do weird shit like watch Disney cartoons and stash away massive hordes of chocolate in his room when other boys his age were stashing porn. His father - an Indian man - approached me shortly after getting the news and asked me if gays were dangerous to humans, lol. He was devastated.

I gathered all my family around me on the day I finally announced to everyone that I was straight.
They all hugged me and told me how brave I was for being different and having the courage to admit it.
