Good for him. He had one of the longest careers ever if not the longest. Weigh 150lbs and be as healthy as possible

His training videos when he was in his prime were super boring, zero intensity,  at 200lbs they're even worse.

They were intense enough to win a Sandow.

Absolutely, his physique is incredible, but watching him train is super boring, as was Phil Heath, Flex Wheeler,  etc... It's widely known amongst bodybuilding fans/bodybuilders..nobody is throwing on a Dexter Jackson training DVD to amp themselves up for the gym. So him throwing up training footage at 200lbs is even less motivational. You only see this shit with retired bodybuilders,  no other athletes. Do you see Dan Marino throwing up Instagram videos of him throwing around a football? Ken Griffey Jr. throwing up videos of him in a batting cage hitting balls?

I remember Dexter benching 405LB (free weights) for a few reps close to contest time.

But after seeing Ronnie’s videos...  everybody else had seemingly boring, “light” training routines. Ronnie would warm up with heavy weights. Nobody’s videos could compare with Ronnie’s footage

Dexter had a great complete build, personally I would have had winning more than one Olympia and placing higher many times. There used to be more to the sport than size alone.

That is a blessing, he could reach his goal without injuries.

He is smaller but still in excellent shape.
