Also, I'm just a regular joe smoe that is a fan of bodybuilding and so I decided to screw around and email Ronnie coleman to see if I would get a response and sure nough I've received a couple of emails and text messages from Big Ronnie. One of his emails he wrote had "Yeahhhh budddy" as a subject line.

Actually, we invited Jay on to getbig. Many of us emailed him. Jay has a huge fanbase here. He was summarily robbed in 2001, and the man is probably the most disciplined and drive pro BBer. His diet would drive most to insanity. I think he'll be treated with respect, and anyone who flames him will be dealt with by peer pressure.

Agreed. Plus, Jay doesn't talk trash in magazine, doesn't murder personal assistants, doesn't get caught in airports with ritalin, hasn't been to prison.

Jay carries himself like a professional. And in a sport where #1 COleman will accuse others of "smoking crack", professionalism is definitely at a shortage.

Yeah, there is no way I'd attack Jay. The man is a hard worker, a straight shooter, and the consumate underdog.

thisiskeith, you continually bring my name up. Give it a rest. I would love to have Jay posting here. We could all learn a ton from him about nutrition & training, as well as some of his thoughts about outcomes of shows and predictions. We've had a lot of assclown pros, which lead to assclown posts from members. But guys like RJ, Garrett, and others are always treated with respect cause they're not assclowns.
