I always thought the way “ to the top” was work hard / train hard …,win a small local show then a national qualifier …. Than the overall to turn pro … then place well at some smaller pro shows …(get a supplement contract / make videos …. Train with some of the guys I looked up to ) ….. I should have just got “alien eyes “ contact lenses “ stuck my tongue out .. and pulled my colon out for all to see! …

I don’t disagree with any of this!!^^ (the change in morals and values from my parents time to right now is simply appalling!!) …. I don't think she's a traditional kind of girl. She often comes in with a person who, I believe, used to be a girl and now appears to be transitioning to a male.

500 nooo I’ve seen her squat 225 for 6 or so lately. Some of the plates in the gym are rubber and light.
