Thanks Keith, I am having Ron set me up to post, I will just post to my fans that I appreciate all the support etc... I really don't let negative comments bother me, I have dealt with it for sometime, I just try to do the right thing all the time.
I am training real hard right now and will never give up in reaching my goal of being my best... I think I want  to beat Coleman worse than even winning the O @ this point... LOL... but hes a warrior man... but everone has to fall.. so we will see, Sept will come quickly... Thanks for the heads up though.

Sweet.  SArcasm, good job organizing this movement.

Everyone, let's be on our best behavior.  With the way Ronnie's tricep has looked in recent pics, Jay could very well be the Mr O this October.

A couple of years back, when I was competing, I emailed Jay with some questions regarding peaking and he spent the time to write a lengthy email giving me some really solid tips. Needless to say his advice worked very well, and I'll never forget the effort he took to help me out. Really stands out in my book.

Also, unrelated to Jay, I had PM'd Tom Prince and asked for some advice, and he CALLED me and spent 25 minutes on his dime to help me out. Blew my mind, and no matter how many ppl line up against him I'll always say he's a class act in my book.

i instant messaged vinny galanti a few weeks back and he took about a half hour to give me some advice.....it seems as if professional bgodybuilders are all extremely nice.    except lou ferregno. lol
