12-14 weeks maybe. I was off cycle for 2 months but still training then around 2 months ago I got back on with the hope of doing a spring show.

Unless the person was maintaining a pretty ripped physique already then no. I have been on diet for a couple months starting from a lean shape and still very much need every day I have remaining.

Thanks Wes.  I need to start eating better.  My willpower is for shit these days.  Usually by spring I'm getting on the straight and narrow but for some reason, every year gets harder and this year is just horrible.
