Have you heard of Nebula?  To The Center is a good album.  It's the only one of theirs I have.  Should check out their other ones.

Today I did 5 sets of 20 reps on DB Laterals for my delts.  Then a Tri-Set with the following:

5 sets of 20 for BB curls with my non-Weider "Arm Blaster"!

5 sets of 10 for standing DB wrist curls.

And lastly, 5 set of 20 Tricep Pushdowns.

This took me about 40 minutes to do and I got my heart up to 122 bpm max and kept it over 105 bpm for more than half the workout.  That is good for my heart and something my doctors want me to accomplish as it is considered good cardio therapy.

I still do not have arms, vascular or otherwise, like wazhazbin nor the strength of any of you but I do have you all for inspiration.  I am sincere in my thanks.

Hammer strength seated row (wide handles) 1x12, 1x15
Hammer strength high row 1x9, 1x12
Iso lateral pulldown one arm at time 1x9, 1x14
Fixed pulldown 2x10
Leg extention 1x7, 1x11 (rest pause and drop set on last set
Pendulum squat 1x12, 1x10 (first time used this in a while never liked it but moved the platform a bit and feels much better)
