Incline flye machine / incline nautilus press- 3  cycles last set triple drop both

Panatta decline press - 5 x 8-10

Crossover thingy 3 x 15

Dip machine 4 x 8-12 last set quad drop

Massive lactic acid build up was in agony

I think the mistake I made was to underestimate how much this would hurt if you try to train through it. Holy crap that was not fun. I've been doing a lot of stretching and massage therapy and it has gotten a lot better.

It's very difficult to rest your foot since you must walk around to do daily activities.

I've had it in both feet at different times and it's very painful and hard to overcome.  The insoles take the pressure off and allow healing.

Evening 7 mile ruck with 40lbs at 1:43.

Just a test to see if I could pace 12 miles a 3:30, this pace was just over 14 miles at this time.

That's a good effort; not a bad time. It's not easy as we get older. I'm off cardio for a week as my toenail is killing me. Back to classic pump routines in the gym.

I saw a women doing leg extensions post knee therapy in the college gym when I was 19 she had incredible development and said all she did was leg extensions

Because a plastic trophy doesn’t determine your build put Jeff next to me and I am 25lbs bigger than him I have more muscle than him my arms are way better there is a reason he didn’t share any pics from his last show he was 190lbs and he has 16 inch arms. We have been here 2 years and he claims bodybuilder don’t lift up their arms that is literally his excuse when challenged are you kidding. He has no arms the 2 guys he beat last time were both in their mid 60s and looked like garbage about as impressive as Mm when he beat an umpa lumpa. Jeff will argue all day that only weirdos flex their biceps and his arms look good at his side like what kind of fucking no arm nonsense is that??? Has anyone else ever met a so called bodybuilder who claims arms don’t matter and only weirdos raise them up to flex them fuck no he has no arms. But he has a trophy good for him he still looks like a guy who doesn’t even lift in a t shirt

If you think that is what I do - thats fine.   But it is not.

I did 15 sets o n the 2 minutes for 30 min

375lb deadlifts x 5  + 20 push ups 

Second 30 min 

Heavy med ball overhead toss x 8
Rows 225 x 6
Landmine row w 300lbs x 8
sled rows w 14 45 plates for 10 


over and over and over again/ 



F you you lazy pos!!!


Then I went to BJJ for 2 hours

not trained since last Friday
Back Spasm on Saturday, been locked up dosed up on Tramadol
Its easing off, will do some stationary bike tomorrow get a good leg pump session in
then train upper body Thursday Friday and then first show Sunday

Fingers crossed alls well for Sunday
