Good workouts gentlemen !!

Good to see that you`re feeling better Rob.  :)

Thank you sir, yeah feeling much better little hard to catch breathe today so supersets we’re slowed down quite a bit.

Trained this morning
30 minutes ss on airdyne
Wide grip pull downs 5sets
Close grip pull downs 5sets
1arm Db rows 5sets
Db shoulder press 3 working sets
Straight arm barbell raises w ez curl bar ss with reg old Db lateral raises 5 supersets almost non stop. Got a little sloppy after 3 so I rested a couple minutes then finished
Listened to Grand Funk live
That song inside looking out must have lasted 20 minutes
Not working today so about to take a nap. I might take a cue from rob and go for a walk later
Take care guys

Good work cook, I haven’t walked much in last two weeks back at it today for an hour. Gotta get back in the groove.

If I cough or laugh,my body feels like a paper bag full of broken glass.

Oh well,I`ll just eat good and live to fight another day cuz broken ribs are painful as all Hell.

You will get there brother just be patient broken ribs are fucking painful can’t even shout without pain better to let it heal then go all out thst to try train around it but be limited by it you will be back on it soon enough brother

Thanks Henda,I know all that but  it`s hard to patient.....I`ve missed quite a bit of time but I`m good at making comebacks.....the only thing that makes me stay patient is the fucking  pain of this  fucking rib.

Thanks buddy!  :)

Hi Henda !   🙋‍♀️

Don’t call your sisters fat, that’s not nice. I’m doing well, it was a quiet Christmas and New Year’s holiday for me. I hope your health is improving. I saw your email with the test results. Your improvement on the ejection fraction was very good, but why is your Doctor checking your prostate 4 times a day ?  🤣

I will email you later tonight when I get a chance. I have some funny new videos to send you.

Hiked 4 miles this morning, with a 3000' vertical elevation change.

It was 24 degrees and light snow.

Felt good to enjoy the cold air.

Came home and ate an enchilada casserole with green chili salsa and some charro beans.

Life is good today!

Yeah, i saw it was colder there than in the mountains where i live.

It's been pretty mild here so far.

I remember living in SE Texas and it would be 70-80 degrees on Christmas day.

Hiking = bhanks not approved.

None of us will ever be elite enough athletes to get his approval.

I thought about doing 3 sets of curls instead but didn't want to wear myself down too much.

That's a challenging trail.

I've only been to Moab in Utah.

All the toughest trails in Colorado and New Mexico i've done, i think.

Used to backpack all over the place.

BADASS - 1 min
K-Bell Farmers - 1 min
BADASS - 1 min
K-Bell Farmers - 1 min

Legs were toast from yesterday. While I kept my feet on the BADASS pedals, I used mostly arms.
Upper body pump was insane from that.

BhankyHankins would hike to the top of Mt. Everest naked carrying a 100 lb. pack and without supplementary oxygen.

Then he would snowboard down without falling, ending with a dramatic stop before the door of the Mt. Everest Country Club entrance.
