Thanks,but trust me bro,I`ve trained in a cast,walked to the gym for 2 miles 6 days a week rain or shine.....at times me and my cousins would wear trash bags to walk through the freezing rain,get to  the gym,train like psychos and walk back in trash bags also......trained through colds and Covid.....trained around tons of injuries,but my rib is fucked.

I need no motivation to workout,I need my rib to heal so that I can go all out.

I can`t wait to train but I honestly have no choice.

Nice!  That machine ^^^  looks like it gives a good conditioning workout, Ive never tried one...

Its great for warming up my elbows. I use it before every work out to warm them up. Its been great and has reduced elbow pain.

First workout of the year. Got crazy pumped.

7 sets of laterals 20-50s pausing reps at top
Superset
7 sets shrugs 70-110s pausing reps at top

8 sets weighted dips 90lbs 4 sets 10-15
45 lbs 4 sets of 20s. Pausing all reps at bottom.
Superset
8 sets trx bw curls 10-15 reps, these things are awesome and blow the arms and forearms up like crazy full supination curls.

6 sets decline cable flyes
Superset
6 sets hammer presses

FOOKING huuuge leaving the gym.

Trained this morning
30 minutes ss on airdyne
Wide grip pull downs 5sets
Close grip pull downs 5sets
1arm Db rows 5sets
Db shoulder press 3 working sets
Straight arm barbell raises w ez curl bar ss with reg old Db lateral raises 5 supersets almost non stop. Got a little sloppy after 3 so I rested a couple minutes then finished
Listened to Grand Funk live
That song inside looking out must have lasted 20 minutes
Not working today so about to take a nap. I might take a cue from rob and go for a walk later
