Would love to see Bonac win, just to shut the big-mouths up... (Nick, etc)..

Ramy will have holes in his quads and his back/lower lats are disappearing.

Curry will have the worst legs on the stage (combined with the best upper body)

Bonac will bring gyno and a blown out gut

Walker will bring the ugliness. No one looks worse from the front than him.

Hunter will be watery and smooth.

Hadi will be a little flat and very pointy

Lunsford will be smooth (poor separation, vascularity and detail) across the arms, delts and chest. Quads aren't round enough either.

The last 2 have the fewest weaknesses, but no one wants to see a 5ft5" Mr O. Maybe Andrew Jacked adds some size/grows into the show and takes it. Unlikely, so it will probably be Ramy again.

I recommend you make an opticians appointment ASAP


A poorly done surgery or droopy nipples/loose skin after the surgery or gyno returning. End result that matters is what it looks like, and the nipples still look puffy.

Yesterday I watched a Rxmuscle video with Phil Heath as the guest. Heath said that William Bonac has more muscle than Big Ramy, per square inch.

That said, here are 4 reasons Bonac why will win:

1) Bonac has greater amounts of muscle per square inch of height (3-D effect)

2) Bonac is more ripped and striated. Bonac is drier, and his muscles have more pop.

3) Ramy’s lower body overpowers his upper body.

4) Ramy will get marked down if his shoulders look fake.

once the glands gone thats it, it cant come back
remove the gyno and leave the gland and it can come back

You can also have the gland partially removed. That's what most of the pros tend to chose now. If the gyno does return it won't get as aggressive.

I don't know what Bonac had done, but given what his nipples look like I'd lean towards that. If he had the gland completely removed then the surgeon didn't do a particularly great job tidying it up.

Cedric had the partial gland removal done and the gyno came back. Looks almost identical to Bonac.

I was supposed to go back every 3 days to have the blood drained, I did it myself every day with a green needle.
I know a guy who didnt go back and the blood congealed and hardened , 6 months after surgery he still looked like he had gyno

That would explain it pretty well too.

Don't see Bonac winning even if it isn't an issue. He was at best at one of the Arnold classic shows and he still didn't beat Curry.

The reasons Phil Heath gave don't stack up either. If it was about muscle per square inch, being ripped and striated then 212 guys would be in with a shout of winning Mr O.
