Yeah, I heard it and he said C6 and C8 problem is that's the cervical spine, (neck), The cervical spine doesn't have a C8 there's 6. Next, lower back would be lumbar so L1 - L5 of which he never mentioned. It could be somewhere along T-6 and T-8. The innervation of these areas could correlate with the atrophy he's experiencing if there's injury.
